Align your “outer” health with our personal training services. At One Form, we value the importance of daily movement through a structured training plan. Personal training with One Form is individualised and tailored to your goals and needs. Hiring a coach not only keeps you accountable to your goals but will help you reach your goals quicker. We have plenty of training options to suit your needs. We can’t wait to get you started on your fitness journey!

TRAINING OPTIONS

  • Face-to-face training only. Full access to the app if you do 2+ sessions/week with me. All training will be logged by me through the app so we can track your progress as we complete your individualised programs together. All training is completed with a personal trainer by your side!

  • Combination of face to face training and online training. Full access to the app. When training with me, I will log your workout as we go. However, when training on your own you are expected to log your workout. Our face to face sessions will focus on your form and give you that extra push. I will also be available on message via the app for any questions in between our sessions and check-in done via the app.

  • Online training only. Full access to the app. You will train and log your workouts on your own. However, I will be available on message via the app for any questions and video technique analysis to check your form in various exercises. Weekly check in via the app.

HOW IT ALL WORKS

01 | Connection call

Free 30 minute connection call to identify your goals, current or past injuries, current training and training history and nutrition. If you are happy to go ahead, we will book you in for your movement assessment.

02 | Initial session

60 minute session which includes taking your first progress photos, body weight and measurements. You will be assessed on how you move in various exercises, learn how to properly warm up and learn the correct form for the four basic movement patterns and finish with exercises based on your goals. 

03 | Individualised training program

After your first session, an individualised program will be created for you via the app which is based on your current goals, weaknesses and capabilities whilst keeping in mind any injuries or impingements you may have.

04 | Weekly check in

You will be required to complete a weekly check in form to track your progress and keep you accountable to your goals. This includes progress photos, body stats, step count, nutrition and general health ratings.
