My Story
From peak fitness to burnout, my journey wasn't what I expected. In my twenties, the pressure of overtraining, studying, and launching a business took its toll – bringing irregular periods, stubborn acne, and unexplained weight gain. After pushing through a half marathon left me completely depleted, I knew something had to change.
Instead of turning to medication, I chose a different path. I slowed down, listened to my body, and discovered the power of cycle syncing – aligning my exercise, diet, and lifestyle with my menstrual cycle. Combined with gut healing practices, this holistic approach transformed my health. My hormones balanced, skin cleared, and energy returned.
Today, I help ambitious women avoid the mistakes I made. Through personalised wellness and training plans, I guide them to become more confident, radiant versions of themselves – thriving in both their personal and professional lives. Because feeling your best shouldn't mean sacrificing your health.
